Vendors include (but are not limited to): Caterers, Crafters, Event Planners, Florists, Professional Service Firms, Retailers, Small Businesses, Wedding Professionals and more.
Non-Profits include (but are not limited to): Churches, Schools, Scouting Organizations, Sport/Hobby Organizations and more.
Manufacturers are companies that will use products from Flower Factory in the assembly of products or in the course of their paid business.
Wholesale are companies that will resell products from Flower Factory with the appropriate tax.
Manufacturers include: Small and medium sized manufacturing companies.
Wholesalers include: Wholesale organizations that can provide tax-exempt documentation.
Independent Sales Consultants are sole proprietors who work out of their home or office and promote sales of any type of merchandise. Proof of business, such as commission receipt, 1099 form or invoice is required. They will pay the appopriate sales tax.
Personal memberships only applicable in Cleveland, Indianapolis and Mansfield markets Only.
Independent Sales Consultants include (but are not limited to): Commisioned cosmetic or other personal care products salesperson; in-home selling and party consultants and Interior designers (e.g. candles, baskets, cookware, etc.)
