Gift Cards may be purchased online, but are available for in-store redemption only.When you order Gift Cards from www.flowerfactory.com, they will be shipped via FedEx ground within 1-2 business days and should arrive within another 3-5 business days at the most.
To redeem your Gift Card, simply visit your local Flower Factory outlet and present the card at the register the same as you would cash or a credit card. You may use your Gift Card as often as you like until it reaches a zero balance. If your total order is more than the available balance on your Gift Card, you will be responsible for the remaining balance due. If the balance on the Gift Card is greater than your order total, the order total will be deducted from the Gift Card balance and the Gift Card will remain valid for whatever balance it still holds.
