You may ask one of our helpful sales associates to check on specific items to find out if or when it will be in the store again.
Are discounts available on large quantities of merchandise?
Yes. Discounts may be available on large quantities of select merchandise. Please inquire with one of our sales associates.
Can anyone shop at Flower Factory’s retail locations?
Yes. We are open to the general public. Memberships are no longer required for our retail customers.
If I am a Business Owner or Non- Profit Organization, do I still need a membership?
Yes. Business Owners and Non-Profit Organizations that do not wish to pay sales tax at the time of purchase, or that are tax exempt, require a business membership. Our Business Members also receive the following discounts:
20% off when you spend $200.00 or more
15% off when you spend $100.00-$199.99
10% off when you spend $50.00-$99.99
Discounts are for tax exempt purchases only. No additional discounts on sales items or case quantities.
What if I lose or forget my business membership card and want to shop?
You will be issued a one day temporary pass to use. If your card is lost, we will replace it after thirty days. This applies to business members only.
What form of payments does Flower Factory accept?
Cash, checks with proper I.D., Flower Factory gift cards, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card are accepted in the stores. Only Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card are accepted online. Although we sell gift cards online, they are for In-Store purchases only. Gift cards cannot be used purchase online merchandise.
What is Flower Factory’s return policy?
Store Policy
Items purchased for gifts including but not limited to electronics, housewares, jewelry, perfume, and toys are eligible for return within 45 days from the date of purchase. Offer valid with a gift receipt only. These items must be unopened and unused. Opened Electronics including but not limited to Tablets, Computer Software, Home Audio and Theatre, MP3 & MP4 Players, Video Games, Gaming Systems and Accessories cannot be returned for a refund but can be exchanged for the same item. All other Merchandise will follow Standard Return Guidelines. No Returns or Exchanges after 7 days. Original Receipt required. Merchandise must be unopened and in the Original Package. No Returns on Gift Cards or Ribbon! There are no returns or exchanges on Red Tag Items.
Online Purchase Policy
If you need to return merchandise ordered from the online store, please contact customer service within 7 business days after receipt of the merchandise at 1-866-503-3222. You will be issued a RMA# in order to complete the return. Please write the RMA# legibly on the outside of the package.
We will not process any returns without a valid RMA#!
Returns of merchandise purchased online are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
Merchandise must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Opened Electronics including but not limited to Tablets, Computer Software, Home Audio and Theatre, MP3 & MP4 Players, Video Games, Gaming Systems and Accessories cannot be returned for a refund but can be exchanged for the same item.
Customers will be credited in the same manner as the original payment. There are no returns/exchanges accepted on gift cards and ribbon.
