How much does a Flower Factory membership cost?
Nothing. Membership is absolutely free.
What qualifies me as a member?
All Flower Factory locations offer personal memberships for a limited time. We also offer business memberships, provided you meet the qualifications: You must provide proof of ownership or co-ownership of a business, or be a director or other ranking officer of a non-profit organization. You must also provide proof of your tax exempt status.
Personal memberships can be obtained at all Flower Factory locations. However, we do not require a membership to be able to shop online.
How do I get started?
Complete and submit the appropriate pre-application on-line to the Flower Factory nearest you. Everything will be ready for you upon your first visit to one of our stores. You will need to bring certain information along with you in order for us to establish your credentials.
If I am a business owner, can I allow my employees to shop too?
Yes! Buyers may be added to your account at any time, given the following conditions:
Accounts existing prior to June 1, 2005:
Business owners may keep 6 buyers on their account.
Non-profit companies may keep 20 buyers on their account.
There will be a $15.00 fee to change each buyer on an account, deleting one and adding another, as long as the number of buyers does not exceed the limit. No fee will be charged to simply delete a buyer.
New Accounts: Business owners may list up to 4 buyers on their account:
2 at no charge. A fee of $10 will be charged for each of the 2 remaining buyers. Usual guest policies apply. New Non-profit organizations with more than 40 employees may list up to 10 buyers on the account; 5 free of charge. A fee of $10.00 will be charged for each of the 5 remaining buyers. Usual guest policies apply.

No. Flower Factory sells more than 70,000 different items at wholesale prices. Merchandise includes home décor, gifts, crafts, floral supplies, party and catering supplies, huge seasonal departments, and so much more.
What kind of payments does Flower Factory accept?
Cash, checks with proper I.D., Visa, MasterCard, and Discover card.
Can I return merchandise?
Store Policy:
Flower Factory accepts returns/exchanges within 7 days of purchase. Merchandise must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and the sale receipt is required. The store must be notified within 48 hours if merchandise is broken, damaged or missing parts. Customers will be credited in the same manner as the original payment. There are no returns/exchanges accepted on gift cards and ribbon.
Online Purchase Policy
If you need to return merchandise ordered from the online store, please contact customer service within 3-5 business days after receipt of the merchandise at 1-866-503-3222. Returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
