Store Policy:
Flower Factory accepts returns/exchanges within 7 days of purchase. Merchandise must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and the sale receipt is required. The store must be notified within 48 hours if merchandise is broken, damaged or missing parts. Customers will be credited in the same manner as the original payment. There are no returns/exchanges accepted on gift cards and ribbon.
Online Purchase Policy
If you need to return merchandise ordered from the online store, please contact customer service within 3-5 business days after receipt of the merchandise at 1-866-503-3222. Returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
